Atheism is absurd. Proof of God isn't necessary. If it is possible to drop a pen, any rational person concludes God must exist. What? There is enough wonder in the possibility of a pen existing and dropping that reasonably atheism fails. Agreed?

Proof of God is in the definition of God. Once God is defined as the eternally existing origin of everything that exists then anything existing, pens and gravity included, is proof of God - by definition.

An atheist will object to that definition but then they shouldn’t say that theists define God. They should say that theists define God, but atheists decide if it’s a valid definition or not. If there is no room to deny God’s existence in the definition, then the definition is rejected.

That’s one aspect of atheism that is absurd.

NB. I’ve noticed most atheists on Quora are objecting to or fighting against Christians, and for most, Christianity is about as far as their understanding of God goes. The real problem is not God’s existence but the Christians who want everyone to accept their understanding of God. I’m not a Christian so I can sympathize. At the same time nothing is considered sinful by atheists and they can assemble, adjust, and adapt their moral code however they want. As someone who lived for over twenty years under a communist government run by atheists, I can see the cause for people’s concern.
